Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations

- Once your reservation request is received, we will send you a payment request.
- Your deposit (30% of the projected cost of your stay) will guarantee your reservation.
- Payment of the deposit must be received within seven calendar days of the payment request, during which time your reservation will be kept active. If payment is not received by the end of the seventh day, your reservation will be cancelled.

Check- in

Check In is from 14:00 23:00. If you arrive early and your room is available, you are of course able to take it. If your room is not ready, we will happily store your belongings until regular check in time.

Check-out

Check Out until 11:00

Children

We can provide a child’s bed or crib/cot by request, at no extra charge.

Payment Policy

The remainder of your account must be settled upon arrival. We require an official form of ID.

Cancellations

- Cancellations are only accepted via email to: alrose-studios@outlook.com
- Requests for cancellation can be made up to 21 days prior to your arrival. We will refund your entire deposit with the exception of any fees associated with monetary and/or bank transfers.
- Requests for cancellation made between 20 and 14 days prior to your arrival will receive a 50% refund of your deposit with the exception of any fees associated with monetary and/or bank transfers
- Requests for cancellation within 13 days of your arrival will not receive a refund of the deposit- No shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.

Early Departure

If you choose to end your stay earlier than planned, you will be charged at 50% of the cost per night for the entire unused portion of your stay, with a minimum charge of 50% of one night.

Cleaning

Your apartment/studio is cleaned prior to your arrival, and furnished with fresh linens and toweling.

- Apartments/studios are cleaned daily

- Linens are changed every 3 days.

General Polocies

- No loud music.

- Barbecue area closes at 11:00 pm.

- Pets are accepted by prior request at no extra charge.

- A strict non-smoking policy is enforced and smoking is strictly prohibited in the studios, and apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and throughout the exterior premises of the hotel.
