14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

Requests for cancellation can be made up to 21 days prior to your arrival. We will refund your entire deposit with the exception of any fees associated with monetary and/or bank transfers.
Requests for cancellation made between 20 and 14 days prior to your arrival will receive a 50% refund of your deposit with the exception of any fees associated with monetary and/or bank transfers
Requests for cancellation within 13 days of your arrival will not receive a refund of the deposit
No shows will not receive a refund of the deposit.
If you choose to end your stay earlier than planned, you will be charged at 50% of the cost per night for the entire unused portion of your stay, with a minimum charge of 50% of one night.
We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the villas

Pets are accepted by prior request at no extra charge
A strict non-smoking policy is enforced and smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms, studios, and apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and throughout the exterior premises of the hotel.
